Eastcott expands ECC team with two new clinicians

Eastcott Veterinary Referrals have expanded their clinical team to include Emma Pudge and Tamsin Williams, who will be working in emergency and critical care service as part of the multidisciplinary hospital.

Emma Pudge joins Eastcott with an experienced background in small animal practice. After starting out in mixed practice in Wales, she achieved a general practioner certificate from the European School of Postgraduate Veterinary Studies (ESPVS). She has had experience of working at a large teaching hospital in Queensland, Australia, before moving back to the UK do ECC work in a busy small animal practice.

Emma said: “I am very pleased to be joining Eastcott at such an exciting time and look forward to being a part of its continued growth.

“I have always been passionate about extending the right care and support that is needed during an emergency, be it neonatal, trauma or wound management and look forward to making my contribution to Eastcott Referrals.”  

Tamsin Williams also brings a range of experience with her in her new role at Eastcott. After graduating from Bristol University, Tamsin started out in mixed practice before moving to small animals, where she was also involved in creating and managing an out-of-hours service. Alongside her work in ECC, she has completed a doctorate from Cardiff in immunology and has also been awarded a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Training Fellowship.

“I am excited to be a part of Eastcott and am really looking forward to working with the team in delivering first class veterinary care” explained Tamsin.
