WellVet and Boehringer Ingelheim partner to host ‘Spring into Spring’ series of wellbeing events

Following the success of the Winter Wellbeing series which attracted over 5,500 views, WellVet and Boehringer Ingelheim have partnered again to support the wellbeing of veterinary professionals and practice teams.

The new spring series is designed to help tackle current issues faced in veterinary practice. The first session will kick off with a Facebook live at 8pm on Sunday 27th February with Katie Ford, vet and life coach, discussing the surprising benefits of gratitude practice.

‘Spring into Spring’ is a series of free online events that coincide with the reveal of WellVet’s new branding, with a new resource website coming later in 2021.

The series will feature six 30 minute presentations by leading coaching professionals, including Libby Kemkaran, Adrian Nelson-Pratt and occupational psychologist, Prof Elinor O’Connor. The event will be streamed live on the WellVet Facebook page and will be available to watch on demand.

There will also be an option to register in advance and join the speakers on Zoom, with the opportunity to ask questions and speak with other attendees after the live stream ends.

Liz Barton, co-founder of WellVet, comments: “We were blown away by the positive response to the Winter Wellbeing series and want to continue to build more tools and content to help people through what has already been a tough start to 2021. Our emphasis is on simple, practical, accessible tips to improve personal and team wellbeing.”

“We know people are still under a lot of strain after a hard year,” adds Emma McAnally, territory manager at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. “Spring is the ideal time to hit refresh on your mental and physical wellbeing.
