Wiltshire Company Animal Friends Scoops Best Pet Insurer Award at 2014 Consumer Moneyfacts Awards
Animal Friends Insurance was named the UK’s Best Pet Insurance Provider at the 2014 Consumer Moneyfacts Awards in London on 23 January. The Amesbury-based business also gained a commendation in the ceremony’s main award category, Best Customer Service.
The Consumer Moneyfacts Awards encompass the entire financial services industry from banks and building societies to insurers. For Animal Friends Insurance, this year’s award comes just eight months after winning the Outstanding Broker Claims Team of the Year at the Insurance Times UK Claims Excellence Awards 2013.
Having recently strengthened its policies to improve the comprehensive cover offered to pet owners, Animal Friends Insurance was chosen by consumers for its market-leading policies and outstanding customer service. Over 94,000 individuals took part in the Consumer Moneyfacts survey, making it one of the largest and most influential surveys to date.
