Hundreds of people attended this year’s Pets at Home Vet Group’s annual National Partner Conference, as the group celebrated continued growth and officially welcomed new CEO Andrei Balta.
The two-day event took place in Manchester, with more than 285 joint venture partners and practice managers, from Vets4Pets and Companion Care practices, joined by colleagues from the Support Office and 35 exhibitors, including MSD Animal Health, Bayer and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Nine workshops and 12 CPD sessions took place, which included practical activities for colleagues, on subjects such as ‘unlocking your potential’ and ‘client experience for commercial success’, demonstrating the group’s continued support for partners and their practices.
And more than £2,600 was raised at the gala dinner, which was donated to Medical Detection Dogs.
Andrei Balta, chief executive at the Pets at Home Vet Group, said: “The annual partner conference is a chance for everyone to come together and celebrate the success of the last year. We have many great businesses within our Group and it’s great to celebrate this with our joint venture partners.
“The conference is also a chance to thank all of our partners and colleagues for their significant part in the continued growth of the group, and to provide them with useful and practical tips that they can take back to their practice.
“As always it’s a fun and relaxed environment, designed to help our partners learn and develop, share new ways of working, talk about different experiences in practice and network amongst their peers.”
