Other highlights included Richard Dixon, CEO of Vets Now, ‘In Conversation’ with Martin Whiting lecturer in Ethics at RVC and a packed Mind Matters stream on Mental Health Wellbeing chaired by Dr Radha Modgil, GP and co-host of Radio 1 ‘The Surgery’.
VPMA President, Renay Rickard said: ‘This was our best Congress yet. There was something for everyone with a New to Management stream for those at the very beginning of their careers along with some innovative ideas on leadership, marketing and finance from speakers inside and outside the profession.’
SPVS President, Stephanie Writer-Davies said: ‘VPMA/SPVS Congress really is where the whole practice team come together to learn and to network. The new larger exhibition hall was very popular with everyone I spoke to, allowing for more space to catch up with existing suppliers and meet new ones.’
