New Product Manager at Virbac

The Marketing team responsible for Virbac’s growing range of companion animal products has been strengthened with the addition of a fourth Product Manager, Mrs Madeline Haynes. Madeline has taken responsibility for Virbac’s popular ear products EasOtic and Epi-Otic and for its antibiotic range, NSAIDs and diagnostic products. She will also be strengthening the portfolio of support services it offers to its customers. She reports to Head of Marketing (Companion Animal) Simon Boulton MRCVS.
Madeline comes to Virbac with a First Class Degree in Business Management with Marketing and a strong background in digital marketing, having worked for digital agencies and run her own marketing business for several years. She also helped to develop and produce a national equestrian magazine.
Commenting on her appointment, she said: “I am really delighted to have joined Virbac’s Companion Animal Marketing team at such an exciting time. The veterinary pharmaceutical industry is one I’ve always been interested in and I am very much looking forward to the new challenges that the role will bring, taking my products forward and developing a strong range of support services for our customers.”
Simon Boulton said: “Harnessing new technologies to enhance communication and business support is one of our key priorities so Madeline’s experience in online marketing will be very useful and complements the skills already in the team. She will also be helping us to take our innovative social media-based Parvovirus warning system, ParvoAlert, to the next stage. Our Companion Animal Marketing Team is now at full strength and working on innovative campaigns for the rest of this year and next.”
