Pet Insurance – posted by Caroline Johnson

Pet insurance is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK insurance industry with growth of income premiums of 13% in 2008; most of this growth is fuelled by the increasing cost of premiums.*   Perhaps no wonder then that one group of practices has teamed up with an insurer to develop their own policy which balances the needs of all parties concerned.

Total Vet Insurance Services, have developed a bespoke policy with Village Vet Group, a London and Cambridge based group of veterinary practices; they are now offering their services to other Companion Animal Practices.

Recent press releases state they are able to tailor their offering to individual practices and the experience of village vet staff insuring their own animals through TVIS is that they pay promptly. Good news all round!

For further information log on to www.totalvetinsurance.co.uk or better still go and see them to chat about your own needs at stand number 606 at BSAVA Congress (near the Guinness bar)
