Focus on Practice Finance

SPVS and VMG will dedicate a day to practice finance and profitability with a wealth of different speakers spread across two streams, accommodating different levels of knowledge and experience. There will be lots of real case studies, from a model on dermatology to show how a well-thought through focused approach can motivate the team and lift profit; to how one practice is achieving close to 60% uptake of their Health Plans.

The impressive line-up of speakers include Colm McGinn, XL Vets; Matt Diffey.The Vet Group; Nick Steele, Zoetis; Mark O’Byrne, Hills and Alan Robinson from Vet Dynamics.  Tracey Morley-Jewkes, MD of Blacks Vets; Rebecca Fiorani, Clent Hills and Marcus Evans, Beechwood Vets and CVS, among others, will bring front line practice experience to balance the theory.

The day, at the RICOH Arena, Coventry on 19th June will also include a focussed exhibition that will include PMS providers, business and marketing consultants, accountancy firms and finance companies.
