Student bursaries available for EBVM Skills Day

RCVS Knowledge is offering four bursaries for veterinary students to attend EBVM Skills Day, a CPD event focussed on tools and step-by-step guidance for evidence-based practice. These bursaries will provide a ticket to the one day event, which takes place on 30 October 2015 at Church House in London, as well as reimbursement of all reasonable travel costs.

 
To be eligible for the bursaries, applicants must be:

• EBVM Network members (the Network can be joined online for free via rcvsknowledge.org/network); and
• veterinary students in the final two years of their veterinary medicine degree, or in an intercalation year after finishing at least three years of the veterinary curriculum.

After attending EBVM Skills Day, bursary holders will complete either:

• a Knowledge Summary (a short critical summary of the best available information on a specific clinical question), to be published on the online evidence base; or
• a review of the new online EBVM learning resource launched at Skills Day.
